Unable to log-in

    I was able to login to upgrade to the 2-year plan.  However, I am now unable to login.  It tells me that the email and password do not match and when I put in my email/username to reset the password, it states the following:

    No user with this email address or username has been found.

    I'd really love to get started ASAP.

    Hello Phil, 

    Do you have any links to the forms that you have so we can identify your username?  Currently, I see a guest account associated to your email address that you entered when posting here at the forum.
