    Hi,

I created a form and embedded with iframe and also I am using the "Thank You Message"

When I complete the form and click submit, the form disappears but the Thank You Message never appears in Forefox 5.

Here is the page with a test form that has this issue

    Hi,

I've just made a test submit on your form but I did not experience the problem you were describing. This is what I got:

The only problem I saw is that the page does not scroll automatically to the top because of the iframe's height. Try using short embed method instead.

If this does not help or if you have more questions, please don't hesitate to ask. We'd appreciate it if you update us on your progress. Thanks!

    Hi,

Yes, I used Firefox version 5.0.1

Did you try using the short embed method? I tried embedding a clone of your form in a test page in my own computer using the short embed code.  I tested it quite extensively and did not get any problems at all.

For now I created a custom url for the thank you page and will continue to use the iframe as I was told before that it is the best way to ensure that the forms always shows.

But I have also noticed that with the iframe, if you have a lot of required fields and someone clicks submit before entering info, the form will grow in height due to all of the "this field is required" notices popping up but the iframe does not grow and the submit button dissappears.

    Hi,

That happens because the height of the iframe (for the iframe embed method) is constant, whereas the short embed method contains a script which automatically resizes the iframe that holds the form.

So if the form gets longer because of the required field messages, or when a form collapse is un-collapsed, the short embed codes adjusts the height so that everything else is visible.
