Sub-category is not in bold

    Wayne has created a form with sub-categories, but "Open Swim Pass", which should be a heading, still appears as "free".  I cannot see anything in the code that would indicate a difference in formatting between this item and the other headers that are displaying correctly.

    Hi,

    It seems have missed to add the CSS code for the "Open Swim Pass" label# that is why it was not formatted like a header in the category
