Posting in caps is synonymous to shouting. If it's not too much to ask, can you please avoid doing so? Thanks!
Moving on to your issue - I checked our mail server logs for messages sent to the recipient e-mail address and this is what I got:Aug 11 13:42:38 yang sendmail: p7BHgbet010406: firstname.lastname@example.org, ctladdr=jotform (1004/1004), delay=00:00:01, xdelay=00:00:01, mailer=relay, pri=35566, relay=[127.0.0.1] [127.0.0.1], dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent (p7BHgbSw010407 Message accepted for delivery) Aug 11 13:42:38 yang sm-mta: p7BHgbSw010407: to=<email@example.com>, ctladdr=<firstname.lastname@example.org> (1004/1004), delay=00:00:01, xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=esmtp, pri=125756, relay=aspmx.l.google.com. [188.8.131.52], dsn=5.1.1, stat=User unknown
It appears that the problem lies on your end. "User unknown" means that the e-mail account does not exist. Please contact your hosting account's administrator to find and fix this problem for you.
Alternatively, you may try using a different e-mail address (such as a Gmail account). Let us know if you're still not receiving the submissions even if using a Gmail address.
Hope this helps. Thanks!
