    WE ARE CURRENTLY USING YOURREGISTRATION FORMS BUT WE ARE NO LONGERRECEIVING THEM.

    Moving on to your issue - I checked our mail server logs for messages sent to the recipient e-mail address and this is what I got:

[74.125.93.27], dsn=5.1.1, stat=User unknown

    It appears that the problem lies on your end. "User unknown" means that the e-mail account does not exist. Please contact your hosting account's administrator to find and fix this problem for you.

    Alternatively, you may try using a different e-mail address (such as a Gmail account). Let us know if you're still not receiving the submissions even if using a Gmail address.
