    why am I over quota on ssl submissions?

    I keep getting variations on the following email each time someone fills in our online form:

    "You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms will be disabled Monday at 12pm EST. Free accounts are limited to 10 SSL submissions per month. "

    On Sunday I removed the embedded jotform from our page and just had a link to the non-secure form. But the over quota emails keep coming.

    Also, prior to Sunday's change I don't know why the submissions were coming as ssl because I just used the google sites tool to embed the form on our page following your online instructions, and I hadn't ticked the secure box, ever.

    I would prefer to keep using this form, but should I delete it or change it or something? What am I doing wrong? THe festival has given me no money to do this with - not even for my own time - so I am a bit restricted,

    Hello Beth,

    Upon checking your web page, I found that you are now using your form's direct non secure URL. You should no longer be receiving SSL submissions.

    I have now reset your SSL counter to zero and removed your account from scheduled downgrade. Your account is in good shape now. Please be noted that we can reset the SSL counter only once per account.
