    Product information not being displayed in the notification email alert.

    Our payment forms send us the report of what our customers have purchased and their info every time we sell our products. However, it seems we get no product names missing from their purchases. We have been using your Paypal payment forms for last 2 or 3 months without any problems. But the missing product names started as we made the new forms yesterday. And I was wondering if anything to do with IPN setting or something I did on the form.
    Good news is that we can still see the complete information about our customers purchases including the product names as well at your site where we can export the Excel or PDF file. But we still we can make use of the purchasing notification mails if only the purchased product name are not missing.
    We would appreciate if you can help us with the issue. For your info, I will copy the email we received and send it to you after this mail.

    Hello Masaki,

    If I understand your question correctly, you mean to say that you are not getting the product details in your submission email. Is that correct?

    Please be noted that when you edit your form's notification email alert template, it becomes dirty. That means after editing the notification email alert, any fields/question you add/remove in your form it will not be reflected in your email teamplate and need to be changed manually.

    You must have the notification email alert edited in your original form. When you cloned it, removed the product question and added it again, the changes you have not reflected in your existing email alert. 

    The best way to solve this problem is to delete your existing notification email alert and add a new one. When you add a new notification alert, it will have all question of your form.
