Trying to submit form without success

    I have someone trying to submit a form for Pac-12 Joint Tournament via this link and it is not allowing them to submit. Can you please help!  http://www.jotform.com/form/11663039198.

    Hi bdteam

    After cloning your form and running a test submission, it was sent okay. Although you didn't provide any information on what happened when the user tried to submit the form, it's my suspicion that the total file size of their uploads was pretty large and was taking an inordinately long time to complete, thus causing the user to think that the form wasn't working.

    If this is what happened to that user, others may have a similar experience. I suggest limiting the file size of each upload field to something less than the present 10 MB that they presently have.

    Good observation Wayne! I also tested the customer's form but did not have any problems submitting at all. It could really be possible that the form user tried uploading a large file which took a long time to finish.

    As a counter-measure, I suggest that you configure your upload fields to allow multiple files so that a progress indicator will be displayed:

    Is it possible to have someone call an individual trying to submit to see if they can walk them through why it isn't working? I made all the changes suggested above and we are still not having succes.

    Sorry but since he was not able to submit the form, JotForm was not able to record any of the details he is trying to submit. 

    It could be possible that he is trying to submit an xlsx file. Xlsx is not included in the allowed file extensions, so you need to add it.
