Report won't sort by date

I've made a table report that I want to sort by date but when I click the header in the report, it doesn't seem to have any sort order at all - not alphanumeric nor American date format (using UK date format).

Any ideas?

Actually, according to other posts, looks like a bug.  Picked up in April: ETA for fix?

I've just looked into your "Book ICT Equipment" form and the table report you created. I've tried to sort the date function in different ways but failed. I also created an Excel report and a grid report but wasn't able to sort the date.

But as I cloned your form and tested with creating table report, the date function sorted very well either in descending or ascending order.

It seems you didn't set "Default Time/Date" to ON mode while adding the Date/Time field to your form.

Please let us know what happens if you recreate any report with new submissions after setting "Default Time/Date" to ON mode.
