I have clear cache. (computer & form)
I have logged out and logged back in.
Have been asking for assistance, the answer is always clear cache.
Is there someone I can speak with, or something else I can do to fix this problem?

I'm sorry to see this is giving you that sort of issue. I checked this on your account from our end, but I am able to access, view, and open your forms. I've cleared your form cache this time from our end.
If you are still having this issue than can you please try it in another browser to see if it continues? If so then can you please tell us what browser|browser version you are experiencing this problem in?
