Mi Form has been disable

    I don't know why, but my las form edit ( <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotformz.com/jsform/41456209548661"></script>) has been disabled.

    Please, fix it ASAP. I need it working.

    Hello,

    You account has been suspended because of one of your form is collecting sensitive data like password. We do not allow collecting that kind of data. I removed that form and re-activeted your account. Please do not try collect that kind of data in future.
