    Jotform is already optimized for mobile views like iphone,ipad and android devices but sometimes if the form is not correctly embedded or there's a conflict with your code then the form might not be viewed correctly and some functions may not work properly.

    I have tested your form using an android device and the form works fine. Can you please provide with more details like the device where you want to test your form, did you experience any issues when viewing your site on a mobile device.
