Cannot submit form - Stuck at "Please Wait"

Some of our customers (who has fsuccesfully) filled out the form cannot submit the form. The process gets hung up with the "Please Wait" screen.

I did check your web page where you have embedded your form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. In my case, clicking on the "Giriş" button itself does not do anything.

I also checked your form with its direct URL and it seems to work as expected. The next button works fine and I was able to submit the form successfully. 

There seems to be some code conflict between your form script and other script of your web page. Please embed your form with its iFrame embed code and that should solve your problem.
