Please take a look at this form. We currently ask clients to select the date in the calendar and then submit the Jotform. Since we can not limit the amount of people some courses all of a sudden will over fill.
Ideally We would like to add the dates to a dropdown menu and then limit the number of submissions for each of the dates.
On an even better level (I dont want to ask for to much but this would be awesome) When the specific date in the dropdown has hit the limited amount of submissions it is hidden from the dropdown or I can add a custom text like "SOLD OUT" ghosted over the date.
Looking forward to your response.

So if all 12 spots are sold will the option to submit the form still work?

If I only have 1 product and 1 date I can just set the form to have a submission limit to 12. If I do that what happens to the form? What error will it give the user?

Hi Matt,
Once the available dates are taken, the form will stay active but the field will no longer be selectable. Make the Gift Registry required, that way, user will prevent them from submitting the form if field is already grayed out.
Please let us know if you need further help.
