upgrade didn't take!

    I upgraded my account when I got an e-mail but now it's deactivated! The payment went through but you shut us down. Please reactivate my account!

    I have upgraded your account. This problem happens when people upgrade without opening a fresh session in JotForm.  Nevertheless, you are all set.

    My upgrade didn't take neither. Same problem, I paid but nothing happens.
