Is there a way to specify the first certain letters of an input, then allow as many or as little characters (number or letter) for the rest of the field.
    EX: SAMPLE-_________

    Hi Christine,

Thanks for reaching out Jotform support, we hope you are safe and well. Unfortunately, once the input mask is activated. There will be a certain amount of characters to be follow and that will be depending of the number of characters you are going to input. Otherwise, turn off the input mask and just put a sub-label but that will not be included in the box.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Regards,
    Kim

    Hello,

I actually figured it out, it is "SAMPLE-[*][*][*][*][*][*][*][*][*][*][*]"

The brackets around the asterisk allow up to as many values as allowed but does not require it. Thought I would leave this comment in case anyone else is needing this solution.
