    Can I add email for customer to receive email confirmation of the form they submitted?

    I have a payment form we use to collect credit card info: http://form.jotform.us/form/23523545446151

    Is there a way to add an email field so that once the form is submitted, customer receives an email confirmation that payment was submitted and received?
