Can I add email for customer to receive email confirmation of the form they submitted?

    I have a payment form we use to collect credit card info:

    Is there a way to add an email field so that once the form is submitted, customer receives an email confirmation that payment was submitted and received?

    Yes, you can set an autoresponder that will automatically send them an email once the form was successfully submitted. Please refer to the below image:
