How do we set the email subject that appears on emails in the jotform mailboxes

We have created a Jotform Approvals workflow, but the emails appearing in the Jotform mailboxes have a subject filled in with 2 of the fields from the form. The fields being displayed are not helpful in managing the emails.

The names currently being used for the email subject(s) seem to be selected arbitrarily from the fields on the form.

We want to change the field(s) Jotform uses to fill in the email subject in the Jotform inboxes. How do we do this?

    Example:

Note, we have no issues with the emails sent to requestor/approvers/ect., only with the emails that appear in the jotform inboxes.

How do we specify the fields we want to use as the email subject(s)?

    Hello,

Yes, you can configure that section in the Inbox Settings window. I created a screencast guide that you check and follow below:

Please try it and let us know if you have any questions.
