Not receiving form emails

    Accroding to our mail logs, your recent test submissions were emailed.

    Can you please check your Spam/Junk folder? Please let us know if you need any further assistance on this.

    None of those test's came through and they were not in my spam - I haven't receive any emails from jotform since 4/24 - I've never had this problem before -
    The only email that came through was the one titled: (TEST) New Submission: {form_title}
    and looked like:
    Question Answer
    First Name: {firstName}
    Last Name: {lastName}
    Phone: {phone}
    E-mail: {email}
    What products are you interested in? {whatProducts}
    Type of Event: {typeOf}
    Event Date: {eventDate}
    Projected Mailing Date: {projectedMailing}
    Envelopes: {envelopes}
    Envelope Color: {envelopeColor}
    Ink Color Requested: {inkColor}
    Font Name Requested (if known): {fontName}
    Quantity to be Addressed: {quantityTo}
    Number of Envelopes Ordered: {numberOf}
    How did you Hear about us? {howDid}
    Additonal Questions: {additonalQuestions}

    Hello Sir,

    Did you changed the Sender E-mail setup on 4/24? I just checked your Forms,Email notifications Setup and got that you didn't select Sender Email but it's important to get notifications to the email.Please see the following picture-


    So I recommended you to kindly make the sender Email to noreply@jotform.com

    I don't think I've logged in for a while so I don't think I made that change but I did what you suggested and will see if it works -
