When I click on edit form the screen goes white, non of the buttons work.

We are currently not having similar issue at this time. It must be a temporary network lag issue OR also due to browser problem.
Can you tell us which browser you are using? From what I can see in your account details, I think you were using IE7.0 which is really a very old browser version.
Please retry login to your JotForm account using a newer browser also like Chrome or Firefox. See if it situation have positive result.
Kindly inform us if issue persist.
