I can not access my account

    I continually get an "error 116" message everytime I log in. I have tried to change my password several times. Please help!

     

     

    I had the full version with many forms and no I beleive I might have two or three accounts due to the inability to log in!

    I searched our forum and learned that you've been getting this error since months ago. Were you able to perform the instructions provided to you by my colleagues back then? If not, can you please try them and let us know how it goes.

    It may also help that you clear your cookies, browser cache, reset your browser, or use another browser or computer altogether.
