    I have added an option fee to my form, but it is always redirecting to the Paypal page, why?

    Asked by mhn1 on May 28, 2014 at 12:11 AM

    I am trying to add an option to become a full member to my non-profit, and would like to charge $25 through paypal if the user selects to in my form. I added a condition to show the payment field and make it required if the user select Yes but it is sending me to PayPal no matter what I select. I don't have the form publicly available yet but it's called: MHN Membership Form

    That is hapening because you have just one product. To avoid such behavior, please follow these steps:

    1. Add new free product:

    2. Then save the changes and inject this CSS code to your form to hide the Free product:

    #input_26_1003, #input_26_1003+label

    display:none !important;

    Here is how to inject CSS code to forms: https://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes

    That way jus the item with the price $25.00 will be available.

    Also make sure to update your conditions in this way:

    You only need two conditions. One two show the Membership field and one to show the Submit button.

    I cloned your form and made the changes, here it is: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/41471079503957

    You can clone it if you wish, here is how: how to clone an existing form from a URL
