Hi - I recently revieved an email saying we are over Quota - we recently updated our account last week - can you please let me know what is going on

Upon checking your payment details, I found that you have not mentioned your account username while making the subscription payment. That is the reason why your account was not upgraded automatically.
I have taken care of this and upgraded your account to premium yearly subscription.
