    Integrating phone field with Salesforce

    Hello,

     

    I have integrated my form with Salesforce but for some reason it won't map my phone field. When filling in the mapping fields, if I select Phone then an error message appears saying 'Please add a phone field'.

    Can you help?

    I guess your issue mapping to your phone field is already solved? I checked your integration and I can see that phone is already mapped.

    Hi

    I am having another problem. When I tested my form it worked fine and my lead went into Salesforce. But not I've put it on a live page and it records the submission in jotform, but it's not appearing in Salesforce as a lead. Any ideas?
