Every now and again I do not receive a submission from one of the forms. I have taken to checking submissions on JotForm regularly to make sure I have received them all. I can't see any obvious reason why almost all are received and the occasional one is not. It's not going into my junk, trash, or spam filters either.
Any help you can give me on this would be greatly appreciated.

The notification for your form does not have a Sender Email specified. Is it intentional?
I also noticed that you have added email@example.com as one of the sender email choices. Were you using that as the actual sender email prior to you contacting us?
