Unable to View Submission Attachments from iPad

    I granted permission to a client to view submissions for the Personal Information Checklist Form I created. They are unable to view the uploaded images from the form reports in the administrative area when they use their iPad. Is there a work around for this issue? The error message they are seeing is:

    Attachment Unavailable
    This attachment may have been removed or the person who shared it may not have permission to share it with you.

    We are truly sorry for any inconveniences caused by this issue.

    As I cannot reproduce this problem on a computer browser, is it okay to assume that this error othat's when using JotForm's iOS app?

    Thank you very much for the confirmation.

    I have submitted a bug report ticket to our developers so this problem can be met with a proper resolution.

    In the meantime, I'd suggest creating a password-protected grid report as a workaround.
