    How can I create check boxes that are locked and not editable?

    I want this form to contain information for a particular customer to see their points earned and levels.

    Hi,

    You can accomplish this only if you modify the form's source code and use it for embedding the form.

    To get your form's source embed codes:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Embed Form
    3.  Click Source
    4.  Copy the codes provided in the succeeding screen

    Insert disabled="disabled" inside the input tags for your checkbox. For example:

    <input type="checkbox" class="form-checkbox" id="input_8_0" name="q8_memberLevel[]" checked="checked" value="Platinum" disabled="disabled"/>

    <input type="checkbox" class="form-checkbox" id="input_8_1" name="q8_memberLevel[]" value="Gold" disabled="disabled"/>

    <input type="checkbox" class="form-checkbox" id="input_8_2" name="q8_memberLevel[]" value="Silver" disabled="disabled" />

    This should work as well for any form input types such as text box, text area, dropdown, etc. If you need further information, you may respond to this thread or open another one if your question is unrelated to the issue at hand.

    Thank you for using Jotform!

    Is there a way to modify a code that is needed for a "PopUp" within XARA?  (Please see: "Forms not functioning in Xara Web Designer 7" for further information on this)
