Neither the sharer nor I have have changed any account settings, and I need to work on a shared form right away. please restore this.

Is the account mcfrs700 the one that has shared the form(s) with you but you cannot see it/them? If so, let me inform you that upon checking your account I was able to see the forms shared with you by mcfrs700.
Please note that to see the forms that have been shared with you, you have to click on the folder that has the name of the parent/sharer account.
If you cannot see even the folder, then please try clearing your browser cache, that's probably a browser cache related issue.
