I cannot access my submissions again it says that my internet explorer is bad . I don't have internet explorer I have Firefox.

    This happened before and lasted a while but after many emails to you it resolved . BUt I cannot go to the submissions and open them . it shows that they are there and they are coming through on the private email but I can;t get them on the site to let me read or open them. On the Jot form site is where the problem is. on your website. when I try to retrieve the submissions forms.

Kindly send a screenshot if possible and also describe the step-by-step procedure that you did prior to getting this error.

    At times, it may also help if you clear your web browser's cache.
