I would like to add two totals to my form.

    I have created a Performance Appraisal form (see D-200 DRIVERS . . .)

As you fill out the form, the employee fills out the scale on the left side, and the manager fills out the form on the right side.

I'd like a total to show for the left side results, then a total for the right side results.  Is this possible?

    Hi,

From what I understand by looking at your form in conjunction with the content of your post, you want to add values selected for scale rating fields in your form. If that's exactly what you want to do, then I regret to say  that it is not possible. Scale rating values cannot be added.

In fact, there are only two fields in which calculation (addition) can be performed. One is the grading field and the other is the payment field. I believe the feature to perform calculation on the form was already added to our developers' todo list. I am just not sure about its position in their priority.

We will notify our users once it is added. Thank you and have a nice day!

OK - I've modified the form now to use the Grading field.  Can you tell me how to create the totals?

    Thanks

    Hi,

This sample form exemplifies how the grading field could work for your intended purpose. I apologize but we don't have the form calculation feature yet.

That's the only workaround I can think of to satisfy your requirements. Hope it helps.

    Thanks!
