Delete JotForm account

    Dear Officer In Charge,

     

    I would like to cancel my account permanently. Kindly assist.

    We'd like to confirm you that you'll have no longer access to any of your form as the account won't exist anymore once it's deleted.

    If you are aware of this matter, then please get back to us with your confirmation reply.

    Hello malin,

    What is your JotForm account username or the email address used in your account profile? I am unable to find any details with your email address malinherget@hotmail.com.

    For security reasons, we need you to sign in to your account and then send us the delete request, we will do the needful.
