We have a form that is submitting multiple times...

Above is a link to the form that we are having issues with. The last submission was submitted 4 times in under 2 minutes, so it's not the person filling it out multiple times. :) Then we had one on May 10 that come in 3 times. Had another that came in 4 times on April 24th.  But it is not every submission that is having this issue. And not every submission on the same day even... I'm not seeing a pattern in the error. Any help that you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'm afraid whether the issue will be fixed if you Setup Unique Submissions for your form. But, why not give it a try first?
