I am unable to set up Drive Integration on a cloned form. Cleared the cloned integration, and now get a "Bad Request" message when I try to authenticate Drive for the new form. Tested original form and everything appears to be working fine there.
Do I need to recreate the form?

I was not able to reproduced the same issue when I did a test of the Google drive integration using a clone of your form. Please refer to the screenshots below of the process when I was doing the test
It must be a temporary glitch that happens on your end.
Can you please retry again the integration?
