Can I enter multiple email addresses in a single email box.

Asked by QTLCenters on May 28, 2014 at 05:19 PM

I'm about to create a form that would be sent to various recipients.  Wouldn't be sent to the same recipients every time.  Does the email box support entering one email address (comma) then another email address (comma) and another?  If so how many?  If not is there a way to do this without putting 10 email boxes on a page?

Thanks for all your splendid help.

    Hi Dave,

Yes you can send email notification to multiple recipient. Please follow this user guide on how to

The number of email addresses allowed is up to 10 addresses. Please take note that when you do this, all of the email recipient will be able to see the same email message and those that were also a recipient of the same email. This is like a CC (Carbon Copy) email.

BUT if you will instead add separate Notification Email for each intended recipient adresses, like this

then, the receipents will NOT be able to see each other or they will never know who were the other email recipients. This is similar to BCC(Blind Carbon Copy) email.

Hope this help. Inform us if you have more question.
