What happens when I run out of available submissions on my free account?

    Am I sent a warning so I can upgrade?

    Will end users see anything?

    Is it a hard limit?

    Hi southerncare,

    Thank you for your message, Forms that are linked to Jotform accounts that have already exceeded the allowed number of submissions per month will display the following message instead of displaying the form :

    The submission will not be successful and will not be reflected in your Jotform account. 

    You will receive a system-generated email notification once you are nearing the limit for your plan (i.e., around 80% utilized or 80 submissions for the Free account). This limit will be lifted on the first day of the following month or if you decide to upgrade to a higher plan.
