    Duplicate Entries on Visual Report

    Also - in addition to the "Russian" problem we had before and continue to have, NOW I'm seeing duplicates in ENGLISH. Look at the entry for BEST GUITARIST and there are 2 identical entries for Phil Manansala, both in English. One has entries the other is at zero. This is the case in several other entries as well. See attached screenshot

    Hi, regarding the Visual Report, I checked on "Reports", I could not find that one, "Choose on for Best Guitarist". Could you please create another, and share the URL of that report? 

    1) Click on Share.

    2) Copy the URL, and share it with us.

    Yes, I was able to see the two results:

    Have you tried creating a new report? If so, does it give the same result on the new reports? If you have not tried, please create new report, that should reflect the correct result.

    I cloned your form, created a report and submitted the form, however I was not able to reproduce the issue.

    So, kindly try clearing you form caches, that may help to resolve this issue. Here is how to do it: How to clear your form cache

    In case the issue still persists, please try cloning your form. Probably, this is an isolated issue that happens with that form in particular.  Here is how to clone your form: Form cloning

    Does clearing the cache affect any already gathered submissions or anything that I should be worried about?

    Clearing the cache didn't do anything . The issue persists. I don't want to clone the form and start over with a new one. We have too many submissions for that.

    Plus, I have the feeling that even if I did clone it, the problem will happen again, once the form starts to get a lot of entries. I can see it NOT happening with just a few entries, like you guys tried. But after 140,000 there will be glitches.

    Is this and the "Russian" issue just not something that you can fix?

    From my understanding you had prior issues with this artist's name due to the ampersand on the group's name. Has there been any changes to the name prior to the originally ampersand problem? I ask as I see one of the two names has no submissions (0), it looks as it is no longer in use.
