Personalising the google spreadsheet that the form feeds in to.

    Hello

When the form feeds into the spreadsheet, the spreadsheet is not personalisable. I want to add a column for myself for personal entry, but every time the form is submitted it automatically reconfigures the form to the existing columns and forms. I.e. it resets any changes you have made to personalise the spreadsheet.

Additionally there doesn't seem to be any way to delete existing entries that go into the spreadsheet.

Is there any way round this?

Unfortunately, no, there is no way around this. JotForm uses a template (based on the form structure) when feeding the data to Google spreadsheets.

We have disallowed modification of this template to prevent conflicts with the data being fed.

Thanks for the quick response. Any chance that in the future, JotForm might allow the possibility to auto-delete entries (ie after one week, one month etc) after a certain period of time?

    Hello OAF_Jobs,

As of now the changes to integrate google spreadsheet is not allowed. I am not sure if our back end team will re-visit this decision. If you want, I can send a feature request to them.

    Thank you!
