Submission emails not coming through

    Hi,

    Can you please create a new Notification Email on your form http://www.myjotform.com/form/41454515122546

    Follow this user guide -Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

    When I did a test submission on your form, I encountered an error in the email log.

    /var/log/jotform/remoteSmtpEMAIL.log:[29/May/2014:09:14:31 -0400]  remote SMTP to support@jotform.com from art@hdflexorepro.com Last-Form-ID :  IP :  Form-ID: 41454515122546

     

    The current Notification Email must have been corrupt already. Creating new notification email will make sure that the email notifier is up to date.

    Inform us if issue persist.
