We have jot forms on our webpages. At present one is being sent to our correct email address and one is being sent to an old inactive email address.
The jot form that we can receive to the required email address has an ID code of 20062803996 and the jot form which we do not receive as it is being sent to inactive email address has the ID code 13300148814
Ideally we would like the jot form ID code 13300148814 directed to the same email as jot form ID code 20062803996
Can you advise if this is possbile?

Changing your form recipient email is possible by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications.
