Firstly congrats on creating such an amazing site. We love it!
Issue - I have been receiving form submission without intrupption but recently I am no longer receiving anything.
I was hoping if you can tell me what the problem may be.

We would like to take a look at your form.
What is your JotForm account username or the email address you have used in your profile. I am unable to find any details with your email address "firstname.lastname@example.org".
