Expiration Date not savingAsked by CraZBrain on May 29, 2014 at 12:43 PM
I am trying to edit my form to include a maximum number of registrations and also an expiration date for the form to prevent people from signing up after a certain date. The maximum number of registrations works just fine by the expiration date/time won't save. After pushing save, I leave the form and go back to it but it keeps returning to the default "no limit" reading. Can you help me?
I created a clone of the form and could replicate the situation. If we add a date, save the form, go to myforms and open the form again all the information about the expiration date disappears:
I forwarded this situation to our developers so they can look better into this issue.
They will contact you via this thread once they have an update on this.
We apologize for this error, Aaron. I have now fixed the bug.
