I have a form that has required fields. The submit button does not pass on the form until all required fields have input. However, I want to give the user an opportunity to opt out or exit from the survey before they answering any questions. How can I do this?

You might want to try to embed the form using the lightbox or feedback version

In the edit mode of the form, click on Embed Form Icon, then go to Setup&Embed

Then select either Lightbox, Feedback or Popup embed code.

Please check  this form   which is  embeded using the Feedback version.  You can choose lighbox so it will apper upon clicking a link in your webpage.

You'll notice any of these method come with a way to close the form without submitting it.

Do get back to us for further help on regards to this.
