It seem to be linked all right, authorized, JotForm created the spreadsheet but new submissions are not appearing. Why is that? Thank you, PK

Maybe it was delayed, did you check again now if the submissions went through?
If not, please re-integrate your form again to Google Spreadsheet but before doing that, please clear your browser's cache first. See if this makes any difference.
