    Google Spreadsheet stops syncing

    Hello,
    Thank you for your response.
    I have cleared the cache and have re-integrated. But the Jotform data is still not populating the Google Spreadsheet (but it was working up until earlier today).
    I also notice you have another help ticket on this topic for another user.

    The problem related to Google Spreadsheet not syncing is now fixed. Kindly check on your end.

    If the issue persists, it may require re-integration. Please re-integrate your form to Google Spreadsheet, it should be working fine by now.

    Hello Elton,
    We have an additional related problem.
    The following fields (interred into the form from your pre-made library) do not populate into Google Spreadsheets:
    [cid:image001.png@01CF7E86.56F94D50]
    But the other fields do auto-populate.
    How can this be resolved?

    Hello Nathan,

    As suggested by my colleague earlier, have you tried re-integrating your form with google spreadsheet again? Please remove the existing integration you have in your form and integrate it again. See if that solves your problem.

    Google spreadsheets are no longer receiving any data from Jotform.

    As per the last time we had this same issue (per attached), none of the Jotform fields now appear in the Google Spreadsheet.

     

    All new Jotform data suddenly stopped populating in the Google Spreadsheet 6 days ago.

     

    Your tests have not appeared in the Google Spreadsheet.

     

    As you can see below, the last data to appear in the Google Spreadseet was 6 days ago:
