"You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms will be disabled Friday at 12pm EST. Free accounts are limited to 100 submissions per month.
Upgrade your account today to continue using JotForm; receive submissions, collect payments from your users and have more upload space. Upgrading is quick and easy:

Gracias

    Hello Sir,

Please let me explain that submissions reached overlimit when an account crossed his limited submissions.Submission is counts when everytime it submits the form(no matter how many peoples submit it).

For free users submissions is limited to 100 (with 10 SSL submissions) monthly. Please check the link to know more about it-

So you should upgrade your account for more submissions. It's to be noted that we can clear your submission quota but that's once in a lifetime.

If you need further help, please get back to us.

    Thanks !
