From what I can tell, your account is definitely not overlimit. You have had just 1224 submissions for the month and your plan (Economy) allows up to 10,000 submissions per month. There may have been a slight glitch in the system which caused the message to be sent. However, if you experience any interruptions of service please let us know and we'll fix it for you.
