I can't figure out how to cancel my subscription. Please tell me how!
I don't want to be charged for another month.

Please let me inform you that we already canceled your Economy Monthly subscription with the Order Reference #79836226 for you. So, you do not need to do anything else now. You will not be charged again for future months and your account will remain in paid status until the date you paid for expires, the date below:

So, since you purchased the subscription through BlueSnap (Plimus) one of our payment processors, all you had to do to cancel your subscription was to go to the Billing section of My Account page of your account on this link: http://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing
Then you needed to click on Plans and switch to Starter (FREE) Plan, then your subscription was going to be canceled. But we already did it for you.
