    I AM UNABLE TO DELETE THEM. IT DOES NOT SHOW TO OTHERS BUT MY VIEW SHOWS THEM ON THERE, I NEED TO DELETE THIS FROM OUR PAGE

    Unfortunately we do not have control over this as this is a feature on Facebook page.

    One of your option is to create a clone so that you have another copy of the form and delete the form linked to your Facebook page.

    Click on this link for the steps on how to clone your form to save a copy of the form.

    Then follow the steps on this link to delete the form linked to your Facebook page.
