I had asked to cancel my account, but you're still charging me.

    Cancel my account and reverse the $9.95 charge that went through today 5/30/14 for $9.95!

    I tried to find this request of yours, but I am unable to locate such a request. I found your email seems to be associated with username " ksleeps42 " where I only found this thread here that was asked back on the 6th. We replied, but there was no response back so I do apologize if you had missed it.

    Anyhow, I have gone ahead and reversed the most recent charge and you will not be billed again.

    Lastly, As a reminder I would like to inform you that in the future you can easily cancel this yourself if you ever need to ahead of time by going to plans or your billing tab in your account and clicking on the Free Plan's " Downgrade " button.
