Account has been suspended

    I have a free account that is only a few days old and has 3 forms.  We have tested them only a few times.  The account has been suspended for violation of TOS, perhaps phishing. 

    I don't know what this is about.  All forms had Captcha code.

    Tell me how to correct this please.  Email isn't workng!

    Almost Every Time You Open An Account It Does That. It Happend To Me Too.

    And They Reavtivated My Account Too.

    Follow These Instructions: 

    1. Make Sure None Of The Forms Have All Capitals

    2. Make Sure The Forms Have No Words Like: Login Signin Logout Signout


    If That s Not The Case Contact Them Asking To Un Suspend Your Account At:

    They Will Unlock It Within 24 Hours.

    Hello smartsales,

    If I'm not mistaken, your account was one of those that I have reactivated recently.  Your account is already active.  You may also read the email that I recently sent so to understand what caused your account to being suspended.

    I also agree with yasinco, forms that have all capital letters may seem to look like a spam, a login form is always being suspected for phishing as Jotform does not have a login capability on the forms created by users.
