HIPAA: The changes I make in the PDF Editor are not saving

    Hi there. Many thanks for you reply, I've tried for several hours, I change items in pdf editor but they just don't to save. Kind regards. Steve

    Hi Steve,

    Thanks for reaching out Jotform support, we hope you are safe and well. The PDF editor automatically saves your work you will see that every changes is being saved on top of the page. Please see the image below:

    Hi Steve,

    Happy to help!

    As your account is HIPAA-Enabled, we are unable to log in to check natively; however, I made a clone of your form in our HIPAA test account and attempted to edit within the PDF Editor and was unable to replicate the issue.

    I have gone ahead and cleared the form caches. If you switch browsers and/or clear your browser cache and cookies and try again, does the issue persist?
